With a tertiary qualification in tourism and decades of experience at Launceston Travel & Cruise Centre, Baden has built a reputation for finding the destinations most people haven't thought of — and making them unforgettable. His standout travel experiences include the Galápagos Islands, the Azores in the Atlantic Ocean, the Island of Ischia off the Italian coast, the remote Dirk Hartog Island in Western Australia, and a cycling holiday through France during the Tour de France itself.

Outside of work, Baden is a father of two, a runner, a cyclist, and a gardener — when he's not planning someone else's adventure, he's usually out on his own. He shares his home with a Bernese Australian Shepherd and two rescue cats, and is a fellow passionate Collingwood supporter (the office is united on that front).
