Do I need a Visa?
Launceston Travel & Cruise Centre offer a prompt and professional travel visa advice and processing service to our valued travellers, be it for leisure or business travel.
If you are booking your travel arrangements through Launceston Travel & Cruise Centre, we offer discounted visa application processing fees. Please use the prices in this link as a guide and contact one of our experienced consultants for a quote.
We can provide you with the latest visa advice and handle the ever-changing visa application process for most embassies and consulates. Should you choose to use the online service on the VisasDirect link above, and arrange your own visas, you will be doing this at your own risk. We urge you speak to one of our consultants so no visa requirements are missed, potentially ruining your travel plans.
How can I pay?
Cash, cheque, direct debit, and all major credit cards (fees apply).
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance can assist with those unexpected overseas medical and dental costs, amendment or cancellation fees, luggage and travel documents including lost or stolen passports. The Department of Foreign Affairs handle over 20,000 cases a year involving Australians in difficulty overseas. Unfortunately, not all of these cases involved travellers covered by travel insurance. Travellers who are not covered by insurance are personally liable for covering medical and associated costs incurred.

Do you offer currency exchange?
Yes. Launceston Travel & Cruise Centre in conjunction with Travelex, the world's largest foreign exchange specialist, offers foreign currency available for exchange within our Launceston office.
Most major currencies such as British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros, New Zealand and Canadian Dollars, as well as a selection of minor currencies can be purchased on the spot. If Travelex don't have it in branch, they can usually order it in with a couple of days’ notice, meaning you'll never have to worry about departing home without the required currency.
